Effective June 30, 2026
These terms govern access to PainScout and the pain-signal lead-finding services connected to it.
PainScout helps members analyze a SaaS website, infer a product profile, search public pain signals, score possible leads, and draft suggested outreach for human review.
You are responsible for account credentials and payment information. Some features require an active plan, valid trial, or development-mode access.
You retain ownership of product URLs, profile edits, notes, and status decisions you submit. You grant PainScout permission to process that content to operate the service.
Lead results are derived from public or mock development sources. You are responsible for reviewing source context before contacting anyone.
PainScout provides suggestions only. The service does not automatically post, DM, email, or contact leads on your behalf.
Do not abuse the service, bypass access controls, scrape the product, spam people, impersonate others, or use the service for unlawful outreach.
Analysis, scoring, profile inference, and suggested messages can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review every lead and message before acting.
We may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PainScout is provided as is and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the claim.
