We collect account details, workspace name, plan status, product URLs, inferred product profiles, lead statuses, support messages, device and usage data, and security logs.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains how PainScout handles account details, product URLs, website analysis, lead results, billing, and usage data.
Website Analysis
When you submit a product URL, we may fetch public pages such as homepage, pricing, feature, comparison, and use-case pages to infer a product profile.
Lead Results
We store normalized public or mock lead results, source URLs, snippets, scoring explanations, suggested replies, and your save/contact/reject status.
How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users, operate plans, infer product profiles, generate search queries, score leads, deduplicate results, and improve reliability.
Provider Processing
Search and AI providers may process submitted URLs, public page excerpts, inferred profiles, and lead snippets when configured. Development mode can use mock providers.
Billing and Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe when configured. We store plan status, invoice references, and Stripe identifiers needed to manage your plan, but not full payment card numbers.
Sharing
Optional share pages are anonymized and show counts or summaries, not private account data or full lead details. Do not share information you consider confidential.
Retention
We retain account, plan, analysis, lead, status, and security data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and operate backups.
Security
We use access controls, tenant scoping, protected API routes, and transport security. No system is perfectly secure, so avoid submitting confidential product information.
Your Choices
You can choose what URL to submit, edit inferred profiles, change lead status, avoid sharing reports, and contact support@toolmino.com for account or privacy requests.
